Being a make-up artist for more than 6 years, graduated from MAKE UP FOREVER (Hong Kong), and further studies at JOB BLASCO (Hollywood, New York) and LONDON COLLEGE OF FASHION (London, England).

By learning different make-up techniques and teaching methods from different countries, it makes Julie H. active in various make-up jobs involves stage, both local and Hollywood produced films, commercial advertisements, famous brand names' opening, and likewise she had been worked together with a number of celebrities and model. She was also invited to be the lecturer of different universities.

In Year 2009, Julie H. had made a big step in punishing her first make-up book, namely <<Beauty Saver>>, to share make-up tips she has learned so far with young ladies!

擁有六年以上的化妝經驗，畢業於香港 MAKE UP FOREVER，其後更在美國荷里活 JOB BLASCO 及英國倫敦 LONDON COLLEGE OF FASHION 深造。

透過吸取不同各家的化妝技巧及教學方法，令 JULIE H. 活躍於各大舞台、電影、廣告、各品牌的發佈會及教育工作，並與多位名模明星合作。

2009 年更出版了首本個人化妝書《慳家扮靚靚》與大家分享化妝的心得。
